Abstract
Describes an energy saving fuzzy controller that can track the load of the shift-beam oil pump motors in real-time while simultaneously taking the least stator current of the motors as the control target to adjust the stator voltage of the motors according to the fuzzy control rules, which can increase the working efficiency of the motors, so the energy saving running of motors is realized. A hardware system of energy saving fuzzy controller for shift-beam oil pump motors with DSP is designed. And a two dimensional fuzzy control algorithm in which the stator current of motors and its changing as input variables and the stator voltage of the motors as output variable is presented. The simulation test of this energy saving fuzzy controller has been done in laboratory, the test result shows that the energy saving effect is notable, and it is valuable for popularizing.
