Abstract	Reports an investigation of of under deposit corrosion (UDC) behavior of X65 pipeline steel and its inhibition in oxygen corrosion conditions. Researchers employed a three-electrode electrochemical system to measure the corrosion rates and polarization curves by linear polarization resistance and potentiodynamic polarization methods. They also examined the galvanic effect caused by the deposit using the zero resistance ammeter technique.
