Abstract:
A
desulfurization absorbent for hydrocarbon oil, a method and use thereof are
provided. Based on the total weight of the adsorbent, the absorbent comprises
the following components (1) 1-20% by weight of silicon aluminum molecular
sieve with BEA structure, (2) 3-35% by weight of binder selected from at least
one of titania, tin dioxide, zirconium dioxide, alumina, (3) 5-40% by weight of
silica source, (4) 10-80% by weight of zinc oxide, and (5) 5-30 by weight of
metal accelerator metal selected from at least one of cobalt, nickel, iron and
manganic, wherein at least 10% by weight of the accelerator metal is in the
reduced state. The method for preparing the absorbent comprises contacting the
binder, silica source and silicon aluminum molecular sieve with BEA structure
with zinc oxideto obtain carrier, contacting the carrier with compounds having
the accelerator metal to obtain absorbent precursor, and reducing the precursor
to obtain the absorbent. The absorbent has not only better adsorption activity
and stability, but also the obvious advantages of increasing the gasoline
octane number, when used for desulfurization of hydrocarbon oil.
