Abstract
Pervaporation is a promising process in FCC gasoline deep desulfurization. The membrane plays a decisive role in the process. Researchers studied a membrane with high desulfurization performance.  They studied its pervaporation performance using FCC model gasoline composed of thiophene and heptane.
They created the membrane from chlorine incompletely substituted poly [bis (phenoxy) phosphazene] (Cl-PBPP) followed by simple self-crosslinking at room temperature. Compared with previous experiments, the Cl-PBPP is 12 times increased in pervaporation separation index.
