Design of Automated Distillation Analyzer Based
on STM32

Abstract
An approach combining an electrical
fan and thermoelectric cooler was used to solve the problems of inaccuracy in
temperature control and the slow reaction in the condensing system in the
automated distillation analyzer.
Using STM32 as the control unit; this strategy
achieved accurate temperature control during the distillation process. Data
collection and processing can be completed by the control unit, and the
wireless module can provied communication and control the analyzer under the
instructions of computer. The method makes it possible to enhance the
automation and test accuracy of distillation analyzer. This ensures a better ratio of
performance-to-price and control performance.
