Abstract
Necessity of decrease in the hydrogen sulfide content for oil and oil products is shown. Existing methods of decrease in the hydrogen sulfide content are analysed, the most rational recognises a method with use of chemical absorbers of hydrogen sulfide. The new hydrogen sulfide absorbers AddiTOP P and AddiTOP PF developed in “R&D center Salavatnefteorgsintez” LLC are described. Tests on efficiency estimations of new absorbers of series AddiTOP in comparison with foreign and domestic analogues are conducted. Results of tests have shown, that new reagents are effective in dosages of 6 - 10 mg/1 mg H2S and do not concede to competitors. The general scheme of absorbers input in oil product is considered.
Introduction
Problem of decrease of hydrogen sulfide content in oil and petrochemical products recently gets the increasing sharpness.
According to GOST Р 51858-2002 presence of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans in various oils should not exceed 20 - 100 mg/kg. According to Technical regulations «About requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and ship fuel, fuel for jet engines and to top internal black oil» following requirements to the hydrogen sulfide content in black oil are established: till December, 31st, 2012 – no more than 30 mg/kg, till December, 31st, 2014 – no more than 20 mg/kg, since January, 1st, 2015 – no more than 10 mg/kg. The hydrogen sulfide content in ship fuels on ISO 8217:2010 is normalized no more than 2 mg/kg.
Toughening of standard requirements to the hydrogen sulfide content in oil and mineral oil is caused, first of all, by observance of ecological specifications and creation of safe working conditions of the personnel of oil refining factories, bulk-oil terminals and the companies which are engaged in transportation of mineral oil. Researches results of the various companies allow to answer a question on why in international trade in norm it is considered no more than 2 mg/kg of hydrogen sulfide in black oil.
As Baker Petrolite confirms 1 mg/kg containing in oil or hydrogen sulfide mineral oil on the average there can correspond 50 mg/kg of hydrogen sulfide and more in air of the tight tank over a transported liquid. Thus 1 mg/kg of hydrogen sulfide in fuel oil can already mean 80 - 400 mg/kg of hydrogen sulfide in a gas phase in the tight tank [1]. Researches results of company Clariant have shown [2], that the greatest hydrogen sulfide content in a gas phase over black oil of visbreaking – to 30 000 mg/kg (Table 1).
